7:30 PM - WRPD Hearing - Application filed by David R. Caouette, Pare Corporation for a Special Permit under the Water Resource Protection District By-Law to allow for repairs and improvements to Stony Brook Pond Dam (MA03390, Intermediate Size, Significant Hazard Potential, Poor Condition) to improve the condition of the dam to meet State Dam Safety Requirements. Repairs include: regrading eroded/ undermined slopes and installing new upstream/ downstream walls, clearing & grubbing trees from the dam embankment, concrete repairs at the spillway, raising the dam to accommodate the required storm event (100-year), improving spillway controls, and installing public access features. The property is located at 67 East Main Street in the Residence A Zoning District and the Water Resource Protection District (WRPD) Zone 2.
